2 Tricky questions I got wrong which were both the same. I knew the answer was that excavations should be check daily by a “competent” person, but I didn’t want to put false bc it would seem that I don’t think the excavations need to be checked at all each day when I know it does. I feel those 2 questions should say “competent” person and not “authorized” person bc a competent person would be authorized or qualified to determine whether the excavation is safe to work in that day.
