Some questions on the written exam need to be reviewed. For example, the incorrect grammar/wording in the following question (Question 9) made it impossible for me to understand what was being asked: "Fall restraint systems prevents a person reaching a fall risk". True or false? I also wonder if the answer to Question 21 could be debated. It asks, "At what height is fall protection required?" I believed the correct answer was 6 feet since that number was repeated numerous times throughout the course. However, the choices given are 10, 12, 5, and 3 ft. I decided to choose the next highest number, 10, instead of the next lowest number, 5, and was graded as incorrect. In regards to the course material itself, overall the material is well organized and the information relevant. However, there are quite a few repetitive slides that I believe are unnecessary. The module on excavations, for example, has only two slides of information but then immediately there is the "review" slide that repeats the information heard only a moment before. Sometimes the "review" slides are helpful but at other times it feels like they are only included in order to assure the 8-hour course time.
