Excavations must be Inspected daily by an Authorized person - this same exact question was asked 2x in my exam and the answer was TRUE The Course & OSHA calls it a Competent person . The exam questions need to reflect the wording in the Course . In a previous OSHA course the Term they want to hear is Competent person.
