QUESTIONS ARE TO VAGUE . Excavations must be Inspected daily by an Authorized person - this same exact question was asked 2x in my exam and the answer was TRUE The Course & OSHA calls it a Competent person . The exam questions need to reflect the wording in the Course . In a previous OSHA course the Term they want to hear is Competent person.

Information was good . Test results - ?? only showed 1 question incorrect & listed questions I wasn't asked yet it assigned a 70 score -. Definitely a programming problem here - very confusing .
