The course was very informative. I can now understand and identify excavation precautions and procedures. However the questions regarding the person to daily inspect the excavation site, has be AUTHORIZED as a COMPETENT person. So the question is misleading. It took me awhile to figure out why that was being asked twice. I just thought it was a play on words and more insightful questions could have been asked.

The course definitely highlighted the truth "work smarter not harder". It reminded me of things I had to find out the hard way, like the importance of knee pads, the right size hammer, gloves and so forth. I wish I had that information 30 ears ago, but i'll be sure to utilize what I can now, and pass on what I've learned. Job well done, thank you!
