The course definitely highlighted the truth "work smarter not harder". It reminded me of things I had to find out the hard way, like the importance of knee pads, the right size hammer, gloves and so forth. Missing video of how to administer CPR. While we will not receive a certification in CPR after viewing, it would have given us an idea of what it should look like. Most people are visual learners. Video would have helped.
