The course itself lacks dynamism; if the goal is to understand building codes and other topics related to construction in New York, it falls short. It could be much better. On the other hand, measurements in millimeters are used solely for the fabrication of openings; for buildings in general, meters are used, as they are much easier to read and understand.

At times it feels repetitive, although reinforcing the concepts is necessary. The videos and images make the regulations easier to understand; the same cannot be said for the constant references to "Chapter 3314..."the numbers on their own add nothing and slow down the course without providing value, unless there were a section dedicated to explaining each article within those chapters. I am not sure if that is the aim of this course.
