Some of the information was contradictory. First it said talks should be 10-15 minutes then 15 minutes with 15 minutes q & A. Other contradictions were apparent also. also on the test it asked what is to be posted Februar March and April but this was never in the actual lesson.

I enjoyed the class. I did get one exam question incorrect because I thought it was missing a key component. The question did not say the competent person had authority to take immediate action so I thought it was a qualified person but they were not a competent person.
