I learned a lot about how the brain works, and appreciated the educational aspect. Especially important was the motivation for being safe, helping others to either avoid or possibly recover from drug or alcohol addiction. Being aware of the apparently escalating situation and making a plan is very important. I could not get all of the terms memorized (or written down) so fast, but they will likely become more familiar with time.
